A Vietnam War Veterans Monument Committee has been established by the Joint Veterans Council of Washington County, Maryland to erect a monument honoring all Veterans who served their country during the Vietnam War era.  

 

Our monument will also honor the 17 men from Washington County who died in Vietnam.

We have set a goal of $150,000 in order to accomplish this project.  

 

As of October 16, 2017, we have raised a little over $63,000.
