In September 2019 Washington County went "Purple"
to bring awareness to the public of substance abuse and addiction
that is affecting our country.
(This purple was provided by Mother Nature.)
On November 6, 2019 Parks Department employees prepared the foundation for our next addition ...
Barricades were placed over the foundation while the concrete cured (and to provide safety for those visiting the monument)
